Fast. Was expecting to be there about an hour and was less than 30 minutes! Oil change and tire rotation.

I arrived for my service appointment 30 minutes early. I was greeted by my Service Tech instantly. He was very welcoming and friendly. We walked around my 2023 Canyon as he asked me if there have been any issues. I noticed the bay where I had parked was immaculate. He took my key fob and directed me to the waiting area, which was also very clean. Less than 40 minutes later, the service (oil, filter, tire rotation) was complete and my tech called for me and showed me the results of the routine inspection. He said my Canyon looks like new -- no problems identified. Overall, my experience was fast, friendly, and professional. I will highly recommend this dealership for service to my family and friends in the future. Great job... exactly what I expect from Ed Martin GMC and I will definitely be back for service, and another sale when I'm ready for my next GMC vehicle!

I stopped in to EdMartin GMC in Anderson, Indiana to schedule my 1st service appointment. I could not be happier with how understanding and kind they were when scheduling my appointment. It was efficient, fun, and felt a genuine warmth. I had purchased my Sierra 1500 Pro from Muncie, but live closer to Anderson, after this first experience, I will only use Ed Martin GMC in Anderson for my truck. When I went back to pick up my truck after service, everything went smoothly, I especially like Ben Long my new service rep.

They were quick when I got into my truck, I noticed they did not reset the oil mileage percentage I am sure they changed the oil and rotated my tires, but it makes you wonder if they did knowing how they did not reset my oil. Not a big deal but it makes you wonder if the work was completed.

All was good except they reset the oil mileage and did not get oil change, only a new tire on the right front. I was getting fairly close to another oil change, so I'll get it in for that in about a month. Other than that, it was good.

I let service know that right rear tire pressure was all of a sudden reading 3 lbs low and manual measure was right on recommended pressure. Was told oh they are like that and differ. Well it wasn't the first 9 months I owned this new truck. Now since rotation, the faulty tire pressure sensor is on the front now.

I took my 2024 GMC Sierra in for a recall issue and an oil/filter change. When I got home, I checked my oil level and for leaks. Oil was dripping off my oil filter, and both the filter & filter side of the oil pan were wet with oil. I cleaned up the area but still didn't know if the filter seal was leaking or if it was just a sloppy job. It didn't drip any more after I cleaned it, but considering the amount of oil that was on the filter and pan, enough for a couple of drops to drip off the filter 8 hours after the job was completed, and after driving home where I immediately checked for leaks, I found it hard to believe that the tech could have been that sloppy. I had to bring it back and have the job filter/filter seal checked. I don't have time for this kind of nonsense. I don't really like changing my own oil but this is why that I usually do it myself. Just simply because this is the kind of experience that I have come to expect from dealership service departments.

We are very pleased with our purchase and working with William Bruner from the Ed Martin Anderson dealership through the process. This is my 5th Buick Enclave purchased, 4th with Ed Martin, but first from the Anderson store. It was a welcoming experience.

I picked up my vehicle and had to turn right back around because the radio was still doing the same thing. I paid over $2500 to fix 4 issues I was having and the ne t day the check engine light came back on and my vehicle is still doing the same thing. Ed Martin Ford sold me a lemon. I haven't had this vehicle for about 6mos. And it has all these issues. Buyer beware.

Every person I came in contact with there was very friendly and helpful. I miss my salesman who has now retired although I ran into her 2-3 weeks ago in a store. I plan on having your place do my service work for me when needed.

I would Recommend Jordan Pierce for anyone purchasing a vehicle here. He made the entire process as easy as possible and went above and beyond to help me get every discount and option I was looking for, as it was my first time buying a brand new vehicle vs used. 10/10 recommend.

Ben Long did a great job of getting my appointment, taking my details, informing me of the options, and getting my car back to me quickly. The tech did a great job of servicing my car.

Service gal was great, super nice and understanding of my frustrations. Service was quick and I am appreciative of that, however I feel like you overcharge your customers. I understand making a profit, that what business' do, but the exhaust issue wanting to charge me $677 for something I had fixed this morning in 1/2 hour for $177 tells me a lot about the price for the water pump and thermostat cost. You're not going to see me again for any service and not for a new vehicle either.

I went in for an oil change and also mentioned about a wind noise coming from both the driver and passenger side front windows. When my car was finished, the service advisor came out and told me the noise was coming from my tires??? That, of course, threw me off and kind of upset me because I can clearly hear it coming from my window. Then the Service Manager happened to be walking by. The service advisor had the manager talk to me about this issue. I said that my car only has 23,000 some miles on it, how could it be my tires? Then then he said my tires themselves are fine. I then asked what to do about this now, new to me, tire noise. Do you know what his response to me was? TURN UP MY RADIO. My appointment for my car was 3 weeks ago and I still think about that. That is why it has taken my so long to respond to this survey. I purchased my 2024 vehicle at another dealership and came to Ed Martin GMC because a family member highly recommended them to me. So, I left that appointment with the oil changed, a new to me tire issue, still have the wind noise, and quite frankly, ticked off.

I have never been to your store.. I am not sure why you keep sending me these request to fill out surveys. Not sure how you even had an appt. for this email. I drive a BMW and go to Dryner Reinhbold for oil changes.

I was there when the lights went out.. they were very good about letting me know what was going on. I had to come back the next day and when I did they was able to complete my service and didn't charge me for my tire repair. They are a great team and will always refer people to their business.

Fixed the issue, but it is the second time I have got in my car after a service and my car is a mess. 2 weeks ago had oil changed dirty grease marks on interior of car. Monday when I got back in my car door panel where they fixed the switch.....dirty. Let me explain my interior is CREAM. You can't help but see the dirty marks on cream interior. I paid extra to ceramic coat the inside of my car because of the color of the interior, shouldn't have to point out their mess. Do better service department!!!!

It was excellent! I was out so fast that I didn't even get to finish the "work" I had brought to occupy my time. I was shocked - I've never been in and out so fast before and everything was great - and friendly service. Perfect!!

1 star for first time. 5 stars for second so gave you 3 stars. After two attempts to get new brakes on and dealing with squeaks and black dust all over car for approx 6 wks. Finally when they started grinding they did something about it. Very disappointed that is wasn't done correctly the first time. I do not usually get this kind of service.

I brought my GMC Sierra in for a front end noise, oil change & tire rotation, and to have two tire pressure sensors batteries replaced. I get a call from the dealer saying my oil cooler line is leaking on both ends and needs replaced (never had a drop of oil on my garage floor), and that my rear shocks were leaking oil ( again never a drop of oil in my garage). Like a sucker, I agree to the repairs though I did not have a problem. When I picked up the vehicle, the two tire sensors that were working when I brought it in, were no longer working, and the batteries on the two faulty tires were not replaced! Same warning light was on. On my receipt, they indicated my front right tire was bad, (28 k miles on the tires) but when I measure the tread, it was the same and the others. Not sure if this was to sell something that I didn’t need. Maybe like the oil cooler line and shocks. When I ask about the sensors and why they were not changed, I was told it was a system problem, and I could bring it back tomorrow and they would get it back in. Obviously, my time is not important. Really makes me question if I had a problem in the first place? Needless to say, I am Extremely disappointed with this service call.

My appointment was actually for a different day. My schedule changed and they were able to get our Buick in when we needed it. That is why we drive there from Mccordsville.

The day after we had our oil change I pulled out of the garage there was oil on the garage floor.i called Ed Martin and they said to bring the car in. After they checked the oil was full no leaks, it was improper cleaning up after the oil was changed. They fixed the problem and we were very happy about the quick response and problem fixed. The oil change was completed in about 15 minutes. I would have liked to ask if everything was really done because of the speed of the service; but, the service technician did not hand me my bill. I don't like not being able to talk to tech. I guess my car had no problems.

My appointment time was 8:30 I arrived and immediately the service personal did the intake paperwork and I was ready to leave in less than a half an hour. I was very happy with the efficiency and the politeness of the staff.

Car pulled a code to replace a vent solenoid. Before the gas tank was lowered the service department was already speculating a wiring issue and low and behold they found a wiring issue. Granted them approval to replace the wire and they said the vent solenoid was working so they put the gas tank back in place leaving the old part to fail down the road so when it does we can pay for them to drop the tank again and replace the part originally requested in the first place. FRAUD repairs do not make repeat customers. $739.00 wire repair, vent solenoid part only $26.79, so when that old one fails we can pay another $700 to lower the gas tank again. Thanks, we'll take our business somewhere else next time.

My truck has 140,000 miles. My Malibu has 250,000 miles. My LaCrosse has 332,000 miles. These have only been serviced and repaired at this dealership. It’s worth the money to keep my fleet dependable. I count on Ed Martin Buick GMC to keep ‘em running.

I come in regularly, every 6,000 miles, to have my oil changed and tires rotated. When I called to make the appointment, I also told the Service Department that I had a reminder through the MyChevrolet App that the Engine Air Filter was showing that I only had 5% life remaining. I was told that it would be checked out. I'm not thrilled with the new lady checking customers in, in the Service Department. She really doesn't act like she even knows anything about cars. After checking in, she came into the waiting room and said that my tires were low. Which I thought was strange, because my tire pressure warning had not come on and was not showing low pressure in any of the tires. NO, she wasn't was talking about tire pressure, she tried selling me a new set of tires!!! But, said Nothing about the engine air filter that I had asked them to check when making the appointment. As I mentioned, I come regularly to have my oil changed... and was shocked, the drastic jump in priced. I asked it it was for the engine air filter and was told yes. When I got home, I looked at the receipt and at MyChevrolet phone App again. I called back to ask again about the charges, because the notification on my phone was still showing that I only had 5% life remaining on the engine air filter. The lady from the office went back to the service department to find out what work was actually done. She came back to the phone and said the engine air filter was not changed, and that it was a cost increase on the oil filter. REALLY! No one offered to let me (or any customers) know of this drastic increase, and the additional amount, what I feel, was hidden under a filter charge (which I thought was the engine air filter above), instead of it being included in the top line of Oil Change charge. I think this is very shady and feel the service of this dealership has gone WAY down since Ed Martin took over. Unless something changes, I will consider taking my car to another location to have my routine service handled.

Car is still pulling to the left , even after an alignment at $119. Also for some unknown reason there are many things not working on my radio. I have a follow-up appointment this coming up Tuesday at 9 am to hopefully get things fixed. This is my 4th time on trying to get the pulling left corrected.

Our salesman (Jordan) really bent over backwards to make sure we got the exact car we wanted and ironed out the couple of hiccups that arose. Very satisfied!

Very fast and quality service. Also I appreciated one of the service people holding doors open for me. I broke my ankle in three places and my leg in two places. I am still using a walker, so any help is great.

I dropped my truck off on Friday for a recall with a Tuesday appointment and got a call on Friday afternoon that the truck was done, I wasnt expecting the quick service but I really appreciate it, good job !!!
