I bought a key fob and when I picked up the car the fob did not have the top to connect my other keys to. I was told that the top portion is extra and that I could order it at an additional charge. This ridiculous and I know that is not right. I spent $375.00 for the fob and programming and frankly feel like I got screwed in this transaction, and will tell anyone and everyone I know to not shop there.

I was shocked on the coat of my repair. A coil and 4 spark plugs cost me $ 287dollars and some change let's just say $300.00 The most shocking was $520.00 labor charge. Other than the cost they done great job in and out the same day which was a Friday afternoon Thanks again

It was like they were up charging me. I have never felt that here and will look to my my next car/truck in the future.

Nate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his product. I had a twenty year old car that was at the end of its life, I was monetarily challenged and Nate was able to meet those conditions on a brand new car. I never thought I would buy a Buick in my life, I’m normally accustomed to Chevy and/or Toyota for several years. I originally called Nate to inquire about a pre-owned Corolla advertised as I was concerned about pricing and payments, he under no obligation talked me into a 2025 Buick Envista. I’ve had this car a week now, originally thinking I had buyers remorse a couple days later now I love this car, I’m so glad I went forward with my decision. I had a busy schedule that day I was at the dealership due to my work, Nate promised me he would get everything taken care of within a few hours and he did! I know in an age where times are tight and sometimes resources are not readily available Nate worked a miracle.

my acadia has been in shop 3 weeks in a row.I ,have spent 100s of dollars Istill have the same problem I started with. When I start car check engine light stays on.

In May 2022 I had this same repair made at this facility which at the time was Myers Autoworld. Problem as I remember was a corroded terminal or connector. The problem diagnosis and repair that was made is on your computer system. I told the service department of the previous repair and it was looked up on the computer and verified. The cost of making the repair at that time was roughly $250.00. This time the problem was basically the same, corroded terminal or connector. The cost of making the repair this time was more than double the previous repair. With the knowledge of the previous repair and the similarity of the repair made this time I feel that I was highly overcharged for this repair. Total charge this repair $541.42. $6.00 for material, $25.00 misc. charge, 42 cents tax and $510.00 labor charge. This charge I feel was outrageous and is the reason I gave a rating of poor for your facility. I will not have any maintenance performed at your facility in the future nor will I recommend your facility to others.

We were met at the door by a friendly associate name William Bruner . He took my wife and I on a tour of our vehicle pre selected from a selections of car line ups. After that he took care of us in a very professional manner that resulted in us driving away happy in our new Buick Envision.

Well the customer service was great but when I dropped off my keys I had a keychain made by my daughter on it and when I picked my truck up it was gone. I have tried calling multiple times and keep getting hung up on or sent to voicemail. I am not happy.

All was good except they reset the oil mileage and did not get oil change, only a new tire on the right front. I was getting fairly close to another oil change, so I'll get it in for that in about a month. Other than that, it was good.

I stopped in to EdMartin GMC in Anderson, Indiana to schedule my 1st service appointment. I could not be happier with how understanding and kind they were when scheduling my appointment. It was efficient, fun, and felt a genuine warmth. I had purchased my Sierra 1500 Pro from Muncie, but live closer to Anderson, after this first experience, I will only use Ed Martin GMC in Anderson for my truck. When I went back to pick up my truck after service, everything went smoothly, I especially like Ben Long my new service rep.

I arrived for my service appointment 30 minutes early. I was greeted by my Service Tech instantly. He was very welcoming and friendly. We walked around my 2023 Canyon as he asked me if there have been any issues. I noticed the bay where I had parked was immaculate. He took my key fob and directed me to the waiting area, which was also very clean. Less than 40 minutes later, the service (oil, filter, tire rotation) was complete and my tech called for me and showed me the results of the routine inspection. He said my Canyon looks like new -- no problems identified. Overall, my experience was fast, friendly, and professional. I will highly recommend this dealership for service to my family and friends in the future. Great job... exactly what I expect from Ed Martin GMC and I will definitely be back for service, and another sale when I'm ready for my next GMC vehicle!

They were all great and took care of me unlike the Ed Martin Buick on Michigan road…. I called there for Ben twice and no response at all from him. My neighbor works for GM and he was the one that pointed me to the Anderson dealership!

I picked up my vehicle and had to turn right back around because the radio was still doing the same thing. I paid over $2500 to fix 4 issues I was having and the ne t day the check engine light came back on and my vehicle is still doing the same thing. Ed Martin Ford sold me a lemon. I haven't had this vehicle for about 6mos. And it has all these issues. Buyer beware.

They were quick when I got into my truck, I noticed they did not reset the oil mileage percentage I am sure they changed the oil and rotated my tires, but it makes you wonder if they did knowing how they did not reset my oil. Not a big deal but it makes you wonder if the work was completed.

I let service know that right rear tire pressure was all of a sudden reading 3 lbs low and manual measure was right on recommended pressure. Was told oh they are like that and differ. Well it wasn't the first 9 months I owned this new truck. Now since rotation, the faulty tire pressure sensor is on the front now.

I appreciate how I am treated by this service department. They remember me and always answer all my questions. They make sure that I get the appropriate maintenance done and they don't try to get me to have unnecessary work completed.

I went in for an oil change and also mentioned about a wind noise coming from both the driver and passenger side front windows. When my car was finished, the service advisor came out and told me the noise was coming from my tires??? That, of course, threw me off and kind of upset me because I can clearly hear it coming from my window. Then the Service Manager happened to be walking by. The service advisor had the manager talk to me about this issue. I said that my car only has 23,000 some miles on it, how could it be my tires? Then then he said my tires themselves are fine. I then asked what to do about this now, new to me, tire noise. Do you know what his response to me was? TURN UP MY RADIO. My appointment for my car was 3 weeks ago and I still think about that. That is why it has taken my so long to respond to this survey. I purchased my 2024 vehicle at another dealership and came to Ed Martin GMC because a family member highly recommended them to me. So, I left that appointment with the oil changed, a new to me tire issue, still have the wind noise, and quite frankly, ticked off.

I took my 2024 GMC Sierra in for a recall issue and an oil/filter change. When I got home, I checked my oil level and for leaks. Oil was dripping off my oil filter, and both the filter & filter side of the oil pan were wet with oil. I cleaned up the area but still didn't know if the filter seal was leaking or if it was just a sloppy job. It didn't drip any more after I cleaned it, but considering the amount of oil that was on the filter and pan, enough for a couple of drops to drip off the filter 8 hours after the job was completed, and after driving home where I immediately checked for leaks, I found it hard to believe that the tech could have been that sloppy. I had to bring it back and have the job filter/filter seal checked. I don't have time for this kind of nonsense. I don't really like changing my own oil but this is why that I usually do it myself. Just simply because this is the kind of experience that I have come to expect from dealership service departments.

Every person I came in contact with there was very friendly and helpful. I miss my salesman who has now retired although I ran into her 2-3 weeks ago in a store. I plan on having your place do my service work for me when needed.

Every thing was fine

I was there when the lights went out.. they were very good about letting me know what was going on. I had to come back the next day and when I did they was able to complete my service and didn't charge me for my tire repair. They are a great team and will always refer people to their business.

Service gal was great, super nice and understanding of my frustrations. Service was quick and I am appreciative of that, however I feel like you overcharge your customers. I understand making a profit, that what business' do, but the exhaust issue wanting to charge me $677 for something I had fixed this morning in 1/2 hour for $177 tells me a lot about the price for the water pump and thermostat cost. You're not going to see me again for any service and not for a new vehicle either.

My Buick was serviced and washed as I relaxed with a great cup of coffee. Everything was on schedule and timely.

I brought my GMC Sierra in for a front end noise, oil change & tire rotation, and to have two tire pressure sensors batteries replaced. I get a call from the dealer saying my oil cooler line is leaking on both ends and needs replaced (never had a drop of oil on my garage floor), and that my rear shocks were leaking oil ( again never a drop of oil in my garage). Like a sucker, I agree to the repairs though I did not have a problem. When I picked up the vehicle, the two tire sensors that were working when I brought it in, were no longer working, and the batteries on the two faulty tires were not replaced! Same warning light was on. On my receipt, they indicated my front right tire was bad, (28 k miles on the tires) but when I measure the tread, it was the same and the others. Not sure if this was to sell something that I didn’t need. Maybe like the oil cooler line and shocks. When I ask about the sensors and why they were not changed, I was told it was a system problem, and I could bring it back tomorrow and they would get it back in. Obviously, my time is not important. Really makes me question if I had a problem in the first place? Needless to say, I am Extremely disappointed with this service call.

Fixed the issue, but it is the second time I have got in my car after a service and my car is a mess. 2 weeks ago had oil changed dirty grease marks on interior of car. Monday when I got back in my car door panel where they fixed the switch.....dirty. Let me explain my interior is CREAM. You can't help but see the dirty marks on cream interior. I paid extra to ceramic coat the inside of my car because of the color of the interior, shouldn't have to point out their mess. Do better service department!!!!

1 star for first time. 5 stars for second so gave you 3 stars. After two attempts to get new brakes on and dealing with squeaks and black dust all over car for approx 6 wks. Finally when they started grinding they did something about it. Very disappointed that is wasn't done correctly the first time. I do not usually get this kind of service.

The day after we had our oil change I pulled out of the garage there was oil on the garage floor.i called Ed Martin and they said to bring the car in. After they checked the oil was full no leaks, it was improper cleaning up after the oil was changed. They fixed the problem and we were very happy about the quick response and problem fixed. Great team effort!
