2027 Buick Enclave Trims, Prices and Specs

The 2027 Buick Enclave is a three-row midsize SUV for seven, priced at launch from $46,900 for the Preferred to $63,300 for the Avenir. Those launch prices are MSRP, the manufacturer's suggested retail price, before the $1,995 destination charge for delivery. All three trims come with the same turbocharged engine, the Technology Package safety suite and the Trailering Package, so for families here in Central Indiana, picking a trim is mostly about looks and comfort. The exception is the Avenir, which comes standard with Super Cruise, hands-free driver assistance on compatible roads. Any Enclave with Super Cruise gives up Lane Keep Assist.

What's New for the 2027 Enclave

The biggest change for 2027 is on the Avenir, which now comes with the Super Cruise Package as standard equipment. For 2026, the package was available on all three trims and standard on none. Preferred and Sport Touring buyers can still add it.

The other changes for 2027 are about appearance:

  • The Preferred gets a new 20-inch wheel design in a Medium Android finish.
  • The Avenir gets new 22-inch wheels in an Avenir Pearl Nickel finish.
  • Emerald Green Metallic and Blue Onyx are new paint colors for 2027.

EPA fuel economy ratings for the 2027 Enclave are unchanged from 2026.

The Preferred is where the 2027 Enclave lineup starts, and it already has the engine, the seven seats and the safety suite that the pricier trims get. It rides on all-season tires and wears body-color door handles and brushed-aluminum roof rails. Its Leatherette seats come in Ebony with Sky Cool Gray and Ebony accents, or Sandstone with Ebony accents.

The Sport Touring cost $3,500 more than the Preferred at launch, and that money goes to a darker look and a different seat finish. Outside, the grille, upper door moldings and wheel moldings are High Gloss Black, while the rocker moldings and roof rails are Gloss Black. Inside, its Perforated Leatherette seats come in one color scheme: Ebony with Sky Cool Gray and Ebony accents.

The Avenir cost $12,900 more than the Sport Touring at launch, and it makes Super Cruise and the Power Package standard. It's also the only 2027 Enclave with the Premium Ride suspension and Continuous Damping Control, which adjusts the shock absorbers' damping in real time.

Outside, the Avenir adds animated upper headlamps and tail lamps, plus front park and cornering lamps. It also has Rainsense front wipers and door handles with a chrome strip, and it rides on P275/45R22 tires. Its Quilted and Perforated Leather-appointed seats come in Ebony, as on the other trims, or in Cool Gray with Twilight Ash accents. The front seats are heated and ventilated with massage, and the second-row outboard seats are heated.

Which Trim Should You Choose?

Choosing a 2027 Enclave trim comes down to how much style and comfort you want built in, because every trim has the same engine, seating for seven and standard safety suite.

Start with the Preferred if three rows of room matter most, since you can still add the Power Package or Super Cruise to it. The Sport Touring suits shoppers drawn to its blacked-out exterior and perforated seats, and its engine, suspension and standard safety equipment match the Preferred's. If you'd rather have both the Super Cruise and Power Packages included, plus Continuous Damping Control and massaging front seats that no other 2027 Enclave trim offers, go straight to the Avenir.

The Enclave may not be the right fit if you need to tow more than its trailer rating or need seating for eight, since every 2027 Enclave seats seven.

That rating means up to two and a half tons, counting the trailer and everything loaded on it. Hitch Guidance and Hitch View give you camera views to help line up the hitch. If your Enclave has Super Cruise, its lane change feature doesn't work while you're trailering.

Seating, Cargo and Size

Every 2027 Enclave seats seven in a 2-2-3 layout: two front seats, two second-row captain's chairs and a three-passenger bench in the third row. The captain's chairs have armrests, and both slide fore and aft. The right-side chair also has Pitch Slide, which moves it forward to open the way to the third row.

The third row is a 60/40 split-folding bench. On a Preferred or Sport Touring, you fold it by hand unless you add the Power Package, which brings a power-folding third row and one-touch flat-folding second-row seats. The Avenir has both as standard equipment.

Technology on Every 2027 Enclave

Every 2027 Enclave has a 30-inch diagonal ultrawide infotainment screen, which Buick calls the largest in its class. It runs Google built-in featuring Google Gemini, with navigation, connected apps and profiles for each driver. It also has Natural Voice Recognition and works with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

All three trims also have Active Noise Cancellation and tri-zone automatic climate control with rear air conditioning. Wireless phone charging, heated power-folding outside mirrors and the AutoSense hands-free power liftgate are standard too, along with 8 years of OnStar Basics. For sound, the Avenir steps up to Bose 16-speaker Performance Audio from the Bose 12-speaker Premium Audio on the other trims.

The Power Package is standard on the Avenir and available on the other two trims. For the driver, it adds a Head-Up Display, memory settings and a Rear Camera Mirror with washer. Behind the front seats, it brings the power-folding third row and one-touch flat-folding second-row seats. It also includes a 110-volt power outlet and Universal Home Remote.

Super Cruise allows hands-free driving on over 600,000 miles of compatible roads in North America. The Super Cruise Package includes Super Cruise with 3 years of OnStar One, plus Driver Attention Assist. It also removes Lane Keep Assist and uses Enhanced Automatic Parking Assist in place of Rear Park Assist. The Avenir has that package as standard, which is why it has neither Lane Keep Assist nor Rear Park Assist.

Every 2027 Enclave has the Technology Package standard, which includes Adaptive Cruise Control, Enhanced Automatic Emergency Braking and HD Surround Vision. Blind Zone Steering Assist, Rear Cross Traffic Braking and IntelliBeam automatic high beams are standard on every trim too. Rear Park Assist and Lane Keep Assist come standard on the Preferred and Sport Touring but come off once Super Cruise is added, which is why the Avenir doesn't offer them.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has not yet published crash-test ratings for the 2027 Buick Enclave.

Every 2027 Enclave trim can tow up to 5,000 pounds with its standard Trailering Package, which includes a trailer hitch, heavy-duty engine cooling, Hitch Guidance and Hitch View with pan, zoom and tilt. If the Enclave has Super Cruise, its lane change feature doesn't work while trailering.

Front-wheel drive is standard on every 2027 Enclave trim, and all-wheel drive is available. Every 2027 Enclave seats seven, while the 2027 Acadia Elevation seats up to eight and the other Acadia trims seat up to seven. Cargo space is nearly identical.

On EPA highway estimates, the front-wheel-drive Acadia gets 1 mpg more than the front-wheel-drive Enclave, and the all-wheel-drive Enclave gets 1 mpg more than the all-wheel-drive Acadia. At the top of each lineup, the Enclave Avenir started at $63,300 and the Acadia Denali Ultimate at $63,400, both MSRP at launch.
