Every trim uses the same 328-horsepower turbo four-cylinder, so for families in Anderson, Indiana, and across Central Indiana, the real choice comes down to seating, off-road hardware, comfort and technology. The Elevation is the only trim that seats up to eight, and it started at a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $43,800 at launch. The 2026 Acadia Elevation comes with 18-inch Grazen Metallic painted aluminum wheels, GMC signature LED headlamps and Bose Premium 12-speaker audio.

The Elevation Premium package brings seven-passenger seating with CoreTec seating surfaces, so an Elevation with the package seats seven instead of up to eight. The package also adds:

Which Trim Should You Choose?

The right 2026 Acadia trim depends on how many seats you need, whether you want off-road hardware, and how much comfort and equipment you want as standard. If you need room for eight, pick the Elevation and leave off its Premium package, which drops seating to seven.

For off-road use, the AT4 brings the skid plates, all-terrain tires and Terrain Mode, and it is sold only with AWD. The Denali leans toward comfort and finish, with Pearl Nickel wheels, Bose audio and a subwoofer, RainSense front wipers with heated wiper park, and an available panoramic sunroof. If you would rather have Super Cruise, performance suspension, a panoramic sunroof and Bose 16-speaker Performance Series audio from the start, the Denali Ultimate includes all four as standard.

The 2026 Acadia is the wrong choice if you want off-road equipment with FWD, because the AT4 is AWD only. It also falls short if your loaded trailer weighs more than the Acadia can tow, which is up to 5,000 pounds with the Trailering Package.
